More Details
Reno Gabion is also called stone cage mat. Gabion mat refers to a mat-shaped engineering component composed of machine-woven double-twisted hexagonal metal mesh with a thickness much smaller than the length and width. After the Reno mat is filled with block stones and other filling materials and connected into one, it becomes an anti-scour structure mainly used for water conservancy embankments, bank slopes, sea flooding, etc., with the advantages of flexibility and adaptability to the foundation.
Reno Gabion is a mesh box structure with a thickness of 0.17-0.3m, which is used to fill stones on site. It is mainly used as a slope protection structure for river channels, bank slopes, and roadbed slopes. It can not only prevent the river bank from being damaged by water flow, wind and waves, but also realize the natural convection exchange function between the water body and the soil under the slope, and the ecological balance. Planting green on the slope can increase the landscape and greening effect.
Renault Gabion Mesh Material:
(1) Galvanized steel wire: low carbon steel wire, the diameter of the steel wire is 2.0MM-4.0MM, the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 380Mpa, the surface of the steel wire is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, the thickness of the galvanized protective layer is made according to customer requirements, and the galvanizing amount can be up to 300g/m2. (2) Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also called Galvan) steel wire, which is a new material that has emerged internationally in recent years. Its performance is more than 3 times that of traditional pure galvanized steel wire. The diameter of the steel wire can reach 1.0MM-3.0MM, and the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 1380Mpa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire includes: low carbon steel wire, a PVC protective layer is wrapped on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into hexagonal mesh of various specifications. This PVC protective layer will greatly increase the protection in highly polluted environments, and through the choice of different colors, it can blend into the surrounding environment.
